- Develop an open access education and training platform: this will be developed to harness the opportunity created by digital education.

- Better usage of ICT for the purpose of learning and inclusion.

- Uniting the different stakeholders to achieve the common goal of a smart ecosystem for learning and inclusion.

- The exchange of research outcomes, and dialogue about the future of education in respect to digitization.

- Provide training to upgrade teachers’ skills and develop materials for the technologies that provide open learning and inclusive education.

- Optimize ICT management and policy: The policy and public administration side will be supported by a review of the European and LAC policy directive to implement appropriate protection for people with disabilities and those digitally excluded.
